Ordered a kitchen table and four chairs on January 31st. (Not custom either, mind you.) We were told delivery at the end of February...

which came and went. I called and was told the delivery was pushed back to the end of March... which also came and went. Same story with the end of April.

Finally we decided to visit the store in person and after lots of confusion trying to figure out what was going on, we were told the beginning of June. I could bet money this won't happen. It's ridiculous service and incompetent when the employees can't even figure out what's going on.

I really like the item, which is why I'm hesitant to cancel... but if we're delayed AGAIN, no doubt the order will be canceled and a refund will be demanded.
