Bassett Furniture - Refuses to refund me even though I don't have the furniture because it was too defective
I ordered a 3-piece Custom sectional. when I received it, it was the worse upholstery I have ever seen and I am 67 years old and a decorator.
I refused it . The manager of the store apologized when I showed her the pictures and agreed that it was horrible.. A week later, I was told that it was fixed, even though the problems weren't something fixable. It arrived and actually nothing was done.
I refused to accept it so back it went and a few days later I was informed that it "met the Bassett Standards" So if this is their standard of workmanship, please never use them..
They won't give me a refund or an exchange so I have to take them to court. See for yourselves
